This website is operated by HouseBird OÜ (registry code 17437571), trading as HouseBird. Kadri Mätlik is the sole broker and the data controller for information collected through this site.

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your message, and — if you got in touch about a specific listing — which property you were asking about.

Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data common to any website visit (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they find useful — it only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner, and we do not run any advertising trackers.

Solely to respond to your enquiry — answering questions, arranging viewings, providing a valuation, or otherwise following up on what you asked for.

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with essential service providers (for example, email delivery) strictly to operate this site and communicate with you.

We process contact-form submissions on the basis of your consent (given by ticking the checkbox when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed to us.

We retain enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting transaction, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and can withdraw consent at any time by emailing kadri@housebird.ee.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
