HouseBird and I bring the two together — keeping your property journey moving, the details under control, and your interests firmly in focus. I commit wholeheartedly, act thoughtfully, and carry you through the whole process so you never have to put your life on hold for it.
HouseBird isn't just a name or a logo to me. HouseBird is me — my experience, my values, my personal way of doing things. I built HouseBird so that a real estate service could be both deeply professional and genuinely personal. Sometimes I'll point the way, sometimes I'll hold the course — and every journey can use a little wind beneath its wings.

I set the price based on the property's location, condition, unique features, competing listings in the area, and the actual state of the market. The goal is a price that protects your property's value while staying realistic for the market. Right price talks!
The service covers advice on sales strategy and pricing, recommendations for preparing the property, professional marketing, communication with prospective buyers, negotiations, and handling the transaction — paperwork and practicalities — all the way through to handover and the transfer deed. I put my heart into it. It's worth the price!
The commission depends on the property's nature, location, and the amount of work involved, and is agreed before we start working together. It's typically 3–5% of the sale price plus VAT, though depending on the property it can also be agreed as a fixed amount. The price and scope are always transparent — no hidden costs.
